My wife and I received the Christmas cards in good order, but as we opened them we immediately had a reaction to the chemicals used to manufacture the cards, our eyes started watering, we had trouble breathing, and our noses were irritated.
We realize it is no reflection on you or your business, and so we will have no problem with purchasing goods from you in the future. Thank you again for handling this problem for us.
